🎓 I’m a Graduate of the Department of Molecular Biology & Genetics, DUTH.

🔬 My research interests are focused in analyzing protein structures and omics data!

👨🏻‍💻 I’m currently a Research Associate Fellow at the Rega Institute, KU Leuven, Belgium.

🚀 I am also interested in assisting others on their path in the world of bioinformatics!

🤖 Open Source Contributor

I have completed the Google Summer of Code 2024 program with the GeomScale organization. My contribution was to dingo, a python package for metabolic modeling.

📚 Teaching

I have created introductory tutorials for programming and bioinformatics concepts, freely available for everyone interested. I have also organized several workshops in Student Conferences oriented in the field on Synthetic, Structural and Computational Biology.
