🔬 My research interests are focused in analyzing protein structures and omics data!

👨🏻‍💻 I’m currently a MSc Student in Bioinformatics at the Danish Technical University (DTU).

Selected Experience

🧬 Research Associate (Erasmus+ Traineeship) at KU Leuven

I worked as a Research Associate at the Rega Institute, KU Leuven from January to August 2025. I developed a toolkit for Statistical Analysis of Flux Sampling datasets.

🤖 Open Source Contributor

I have completed the Google Summer of Code 2024 program with the GeomScale organization. My contribution was to dingo, a python package for metabolic modeling.

📚 Teaching

I have created educational tutorials to introduce programming and core bioinformatics concepts to beginners. These tutorials were presented as hands-on workshops in Student Conferences.
